“Have Yall played the new NCAA 25 game yet? Thoughts?”

DREW: I have not, but Matt went out and got it, and we have not heard from him in a week.
Just kidding. He’s giving a deep-dive later, but gave us his initial thoughts:
“Yea, it’s definitely a little more complicated than the last NCAA but it hasn’t disappointed. The RPO ability is a lot of fun (once) you figure it out.”
So good luck, A.T. Make sure your loved ones know to do a welfare check in a week or so.

DREW: I’m going to go ahead and assume that you meant Ingrid Andress’ uh…”rendition” of the National Anthem ahead of the MLB Home Run Derby on July 15. Working off that assumption, I had the joy of watching it unfold live and in real time.
My wife and I had the derby on and were giving it about 50 percent focus. I remember thinking “Wow, haven’t heard that name in a minute,” when they announced the singer.
As the performance unfolded, it got our complete focus, and not for the right reasons. It was pretty evident Andress was not of sound mind. She is a talented singer, and has quite a few good songs. But on that night, she couldn’t hit a note with any consistency. I dabbled in music for a bit, and I have played with people who you knew were not in for a good night be it due to nerves or state-altering substances. Halfway through the song I turned to my wife and said “She’s on something or drunk.”’
Lo and behold, the next day Andress checked into rehab as she said she was drunk the whole time.
Is that the whole story? I don’t know, and I don’t think we’ll ever know. I feel for her; her career is certainly in shambles right now and she’s going to need a lot of image rehab as well.
I plan to go more in-depth later, but at first glance, that’s what I saw. And none of us will ever forget it.
