At The Message Pitch, we believe in going off the beaten path, and searching a little further for quality. We like digging deep to mine for the good stuff. 

That’s why we’re happy to introduce a new series of articles called Ridiculously Underrated Gems. 

Ridiculously Underrated Gems, or RUG, is a simple premise; we will dive into sports, players, teams, movies, shows, songs, actors, artists, and the like that we feel don’t get enough credit for how good they truly are.

Take the movie The Replacements, for example. Sure, you’ve seen it on TV at least once a month thanks to TBS, but have you really paid attention to how good a movie it is? The talent in the cast? How great the soundtrack is?

I doubt it. But it’s going to be one of the featured stars of RUG. We’re going to look at pop culture as only we can, champion objects and people that we feel deserve it, and hopefully give you a new perspective on them going forward.

So if you have someone or something that you think we should take a look at, let us know. Who knows? We may just write an article on it.
